The client’s challenge:
To become the preferred business partner of the hair salons and to collect their sell-out data.
The proposed solution:
A multi-brand mobile application enabling the salons to get access to a series of added value services pushed by L’Oréal (e-learning, trends, tips) and to declare the sales they make to their own customers (sell-out).
The app enables L’Oréal to speak directly to the salons’ employees and to reward them for the sales they make.
The highlights:
•Our approach enables to centralise on a single place the contents of all the brands belonging to the L’Oréal Professional Product Division – e.g. L’Oréal Professionnel, Redken, Kérastase –thus ensuring strong marketing savings for the Division and the Brands.
